I am thinking of booking for a later date too, but the problem is I don't know the dates!! 

The tickets and hotel booking are for my parents, not for me 

This time, I don't have holidays to go home. The last time I went home was in Dec 2013 and I think I won't be able to go home again till Dec 2014.  So, my parents are coming to see me. And these voucher have reduced the flight+hotel expenses by 50% 

Voucher valid till 31st May -> This means that we need to redeem the voucher before 31st May. The date of travel can be after 31st May also... Am I right? 

Good thing you bought this up here - I had the same query and posted about it to yatra people in their 'contact us' form. It's already been a week or so and there has been no response as yet. 

of course..if u buy tickets using voucher before 31sr how can tickets become invalid ---- tickets can be of any future date

It is not about tickets becoming invalid.  If I select a date after 31st May and enter the voucher code, will it accept... If the journey date should be before 31 st May, then I should book the tickets as early as possible to get them at low rates.. 

my common sense says jouney can be future date bas booking 31st may se pahle hona chahiye

after reading dove vouchers T&C's i';m not sure anymore...so u better book n travel before 31st may

Yes the hotel voucher took me to surprise. They promised Yatra travel vouchers and never thought it could be hotel voucher too

I got both my travel vouchers, thanks to Swati for the dispatch! 

And, I agree with Ragini. Although these vouchers are also useful to me but I had actually been bragging about 2 * 7K yatra flight vouchers to my parents and everyone else all this while.

@Renie - Any update on my prize? I haven't received any call, no mail either. Please kindly see to this. 

Not that ND, just that one consolidated voucher of 7-8K would have made more sense - to be used for flight booking. If one is not looking at staying in any of the hotels listed on the website, the hotel discount voucher is a waste then.

Just a thought Team IB - Prizes with a catch are no prizes really. :(

I have received the email for Thailand tour details from Yatro POC - Aditya. I will call him to get more information and update all as to the progress of the same. He has sent the entire details of flights and tour itenary etc.
