Use a decent theme that looks great with some awesome social sharing widget. Was surprised to see such an old theme from blogger and then was shocked to see your alexa rank. You can improve things a lot to improve readership.

 

Would also suggest you to stop using scary widgets showing my ip address to me, lolz. Nevermind, I also used it a lot in my initial days but then removed it.

Hope you don't mind my writing here, as you have requested for review, and I can not even imagine to give a review on your brilliant writings! But i would like to share my sincere and honest feedback on your blogs. As i love reading, I am only bothered about the writing contents and can not comment on technicals. The only thing I can say is I love your style of writing. When I read your blog, it seems as if you are sitting across and talking. Though I don't know the technicalities of writings (not sure if true,but it is said that there are techniques of writing), i feel whatever is enjoyable by the reader is a good piece of writing. And your writings are highly enjoyable to me! Whether it is movie review, a hilarious theme or a post on Birthday of Bhubaneshwar, whatever you write is highly enjoyable! Though I have read only a few of your posts, I am trying to read all of them. So please keep writing!
