Thanks. I have added meta details in the CSS but some how after I changed my theme lost quite a lot of things. 

Wrt to the frequency, I do agree with you. However I blog only when something really hits me or I feel I want to share. Need to make this a practice though. Also can blog frequently only when I have a fixed agenda, category. Here its just what pleases my mood and fancies.
