You already have an amazing blog! Very neat layout & structure; and hooked on to a niche !
Since you already have almost everything needed, the only suggestion that I can think of is to add some video clips to bring your work alive!
Also in the "Quilts & More" section you may try and see (if you havent already!) wether a photo slider looks better with all the photos of each creation at one slider !
Rest is already lovely !
