Why can't I reply?
I can reply to blog review & also to the answers posted to the questions of the main forum but why can't I reply directly to the question of the forum???
Sometimes, the gray coloured box appears even for me. Even I don't know what it is. Refresh the page and the gray box turns into a white box. 
why there be such a problem??? lets protest!!

@AK raise a ticket and IndiTeam will solve your problem pronto
If you open a support ticket, you will receive a reply in nothing less than one year as refreshing the page is not a big deal and finding the source of such errors is too difficult in most of the cases.
I don't think there is any requirement to open support ticket for this issue. As we know the solution for the problem..!! 
@Ranjith Who told you that a ticket gets a reply in one year? IB's staff was really fast to address a issue I had problems with and it was solved in just two or three days.
@AK Not exactly one year. 
But, for some support tickets ( two tickets, to be more precise ) , I received a reply after 2-3 months. But since those were not high priority and were not really related to me or my account, I have no complaint. For other tickets, I too received a response in less than a week.
After posting last reply The grey color changed to ordinary white and It is accepting my inputs. Although Its moody 
Still serious issue for our profile..!!
It looks like YW also had this problem yesterday.
Are you getting any error message on clicking the reply button? 
I am still having same problem. However in some the posts I can post a reply but threads (like this one) The Input box shows gray color along with B I U and other options, But I cant write in that. The box don't accept input.
What is the problem exactly
