Just a few suggestions. Since you have many guest posts/authors on the blog, it would be prudent to spend more time on editing the content and giving an unique , but  standard flavor to all your posts. You may also try to experiment with different font type, size and color and vary the same in a single post. This adds to the attractiveness of the posts.  Do visit my blog as well and give your comments. Thanks.

Thanks a lot for the great reviews. Yes, I am trying to spend more and more time on my blog so that i can work on quality of each blog post.

There is option to comment without registration of sign in with a service hence I avoided commenting there  since it doesn't allow privacy

Every blog and every niche has their different requirement. as for my self, I found default comment option of WP to be the best
