While the theme looks good, I feel that the choice of gadgets isn't fine. You have almost 10 gadgets related to social media. If possible, consolidate all of them into one.

Display the icons of the various social networking sites in a single row. Clicking on them should take the reader to your page on the corresponding social networking site. This is what I see many sites doing.

Performed some changes in logo.. will frequently change it like doodle..
Do a google search for turning of Linkwithin from appearing on your homepage. There is tutorial somewhere on the internet. Search for it.
