I got into this obsessive habit where i kept refreshing my pages aimlessly. 

Needed to stop before I got sucked into the whitespace.

Entries will be shown after the close of the contest only. And the 11:59 PM time is not really true - I mean that the contest doesn't close exactly at 11:59 PM because closing the contests and displaying the entries are done manually by the IndiTeam. Since they are not robots, they can't do it exactly at 11:59 PM.

How would you know that? In previous contests, the contests have closed after the entries were displayed, although there is usually a week or more between those events.
