I wonder why you have asked for reviewing an article rather than the complete blog! I've read that article and it made a good read.  But I advise you to check it for spelling errors : 

• 1 st Line : privet -> private
• last line : massages -> messages

Coming to your blog,

• I found a few posts without any title like this one : http://mrigankaxoikia.blogspot.in/2013/02/i-have-spent-two-and-half-year-in-bhalki.html    Posts without titles don't look good enough and if someone wants to share the link to that post by copy pasting, it would become difficult.
• Choose a picture that is more wide so that it is in tune with the rest of the layout.
• Add an e mail subscription widget to the right. It helps to increase your readership.

First of all.. the header image is wonderful.. some ofthe post titles are included in blog post body insted of blog post title section.. and the links are something odd looking (ie- http://mrigankaxoikia.blogspot.in/2013/02/normal-0-false-false-false-en-us-x-none.html) and some posts are lesser than facebook status including gramatical mistakes..!! hopefully you will think on these things.
