The first thing I've got to say is 'Move the followers widget to the right side bar'. It is not meant to be placed in the header. Also, show lesser number of followers. It decreases the load time of your blog.
And, show more number of posts on the home page. 'One' is too less.
Finally, you are doing a good work by helping students with online lessons. Keep it up!
