They are taking a while because they are testing their own GUMS STRENGTH in 4 weeks as per their latest advt on TV! :-P

I don't think I.B has ever conducted a contest like this. Is it to blame Colgate for the holdup or is it I.B? I mean the process has taken way beyond any regulative procedure and for us as bloggers, its given a sensation of slackness for the contest as a whole. Keeping aside the prizes am more concerned on the way this process has worked out; week after week of waiting. Truly displeasing!
I'm just curious to know the *real* reason for such a long delay 
It is quite unheard of and casts a shadow of doubt over the transparency of the evaluation process.
this is my first contest entry on IB and this kind of sluggish experience is really sad, makes me feel as if i am dealing with some Govt office guys.
On a lighter note, I guess we should define Service Level Agreements in terms of increasing prizes on a pro rata basis based on the "delay period" lol! That's cross time optimization!
