1. Domain name: First thing first. Consider getting your own domain name. When you are spending so much time on your blog, it will be great if you are able to spend as little as 300 Rs/ year and give it its own name. Will help build it as a brand and SEO.
2. Layout: Needs serious attention. The text is overflowing the wrapper and looks a little out of place. Sometimes the text has a blue background and sometimes a white background. Please change the template you are using. Also, too many ads. The Menu needs a rethinking. Also, try to keep the background of text white, it is easier to read. Do let me know if you need help.
3. Content: Good. Being a lover of travel myself, I found your travel tales very interesting.
4. Frequency: Good. Keep it up
5. Social Media: Seriously lacking. How will one follow you ? Other than RSS, you are neither on FB or Twitter. Consider making an FB page and get on Twitter if possible.
Overall, a travel blog with great potential. But you need to work on it.
