I use minimum ingredients as I have no patience with long drawn recipes and believe that the most creative cooking is that which makes use of everyday ingredients that are found in the fridge and doesnt burn a hole in the pocket .

Great content Sikand. And fabulous recipes. Just a word on the template. You have a great blog, and the current background makes the images a bit dull. Would you consider a more neutral colour? Apart from that, I think you are going to be many people's favorite blog soon!
