What is IndiChat? How do I access it?

New on Indiblogger. Went through FAQ and learnt that IndiChat is a cool place to hangout. Can anyone help me reach the spot?

Its on the right hand side. Also called Inditalk. Just write your message in the box provided and hit submit, thats it. It is used for general chatting purposes.
