looking for criticism, how to make it better?
It contains - a few poems, a few abstracts, one story, and mostly serious issues that plague the society.I cover the serious issues in general. I love writing about social issues as they are really close to my heart.
and I like to write aphorsisms/jokes so I wanted to know how can I incorporate them into the same website. I dont want to maintain a separate blog for just the small stuff.

I really liked your writing style, and the content is too good. My few suggestions are:
1. Images on front page: You front page looks all text. Better display some images on the front page too.
2. Popular posts: Rather than displaying a huge list of your latest articles, better display 4-5 most popular articles. You can use plugin for that.
3. For aphorsisms/jokes my advise would be to dedicate a day for them say Friday Fun, and post all the fun stuff on that day only.
