Hi,

I run a blog on blogspot. (www.thelaughingmessiah.blogspot.com) .I had added the followers widget (the one where u hv to sign in with ur gmail id to become a folllower) on it some time back and hv a few followers.Every new post I upload on it gets delivered to their email ids straight away.Is there a way I can choose as to which post gets delivered and which not to their inbox .Thanks in advance.

  • Go to your dashboard by clicking the 'Dashboard' button on the top right corner of the page.
  • Click 'Account Setting' in the menu on the right hand side.
  • You will find your blogs listed there. Click the edit button of the blog you want to edit.
  • Add your new tags and click the 'Update blog listing' button.

Hi Ranjith,

Thanks for ur reply. I was actually referring to the 'Google friend connect' widget with which you can follow a blog after entering your login details.I had an email subscription widget linked with Feedburner too, but I deleted the feed  a few days back.

I've understood what you were saying. But as far as I know, Google friend connect doesn't send blog posts via e mail.

As far as I know, when one follows a blog, he doesn't receive e mail notifications of new posts. It only happens if they are subsribed to your feedburner email list (which can be added as a gadget to your blog).

On your blog, I couldn't find any e mail subsription widget. I'm confused now :(
