Please review my baking blog

My name is Anuja and I am a mom of two beautiful (my no# 1 tasters) girls. I am a self taught baker. My experiments with baking started in 2004 when I first baked a "Victoria Sponge Cake". It was love-at-first-bake. Since then I havent stopped baking. Simple baking is a bakelog (can I say that?) dedicated to sharing my baking inspirations and recipes with friends and family and whoever else interested. Baking is, like everything else, the more you do, the easier it becomes. If you can read and follow instructions, you can bake. It is that simple. Happy Baking!
