Your blog is pretty good. I liked it in terms of content and flow of thoughts. You have your way with words and I believe with more visibility, you will have much more traffic than now on your blog. For that, one thing I would like you to change is your frequency. Please write more frequently and for that in case of absence of topics you can join various prompt contests blogs for such bloggers like blog-a-ton and poets united. Being an amateur myself, I wont be able to comment on design templates.
