Excellent photos man... many people just don't have the "sense" to take photos as varied as yours - from abstract objects to crying people...

And yes, the images are too big. I have a suggestion for you. Switch to wordpress, there is a theme exclusively for photoblogs. Or try to find a free photoblog blogger theme. Let the home page of your blog be an archive page or something, with thumbnails of your pictures with an option to enlarge it. And the name of your blog (the link) canon-violet-eyes. Hmm.. try to get something more pleasing without the hyphen and shorter and of course easy to remember.
