Looking 4 ur energy in shaping my blog

i am in introduction stage of blogging and happened to share 70 blogs with 1800 visitors vistied my blog since Feb'12.But i am not satisfied with the way i am heading as i want to learn something worth and the way i need to blog and promote

I deeply request u all to pour ur energy in shaping my blog to growth stage and help me out in changing the way i think and decide
