Remove Word Verification

I never knew my blog had word verfication system. Anyways, I've been getting lots of complaints and I wish to remove it..

I tried all the methods but its not working.

I don't wish to MODERATE COMMENTS, so please don't suggest that idea.

I Did This:- 1. Go to your dashboard:  http://www.blogger.com/home/ 2. Click "Settings" 3. Click "Comments" in the Settings submenu (there is also a tab named "Comments" but that is the WRONG place). 4. Scroll down to where it says "Show word verification for comments?" and click on the "No" radio button. 5. Scroll down and click the "SAVE SETTINGS" button. But the 4th instruction is not appearing on my blog page.. I tried many times. Is there a way to remove it If I can change my blogger page to OLD VERSION? If Yes, Can I turn it back to NEW VERSION after that?? Please help me. Thank you.
