Positive Fall out of Lokpal Bill ?

I heard lot of people in the corrupt departments of the government are planning for VRS to escape from being targetted under the Lokpal.  Many have even planned to settle abroad with their hidden wealth.  So the positive fall out of the Lokpal bill is that there is going to be good number of vacancy in govt. departments.  Hail Anna Hazare and team for creating employment opportunity   

I hope massive VRS scheme is announced before the introduction of Lokpal
