Amazing blog! I really admire how well it is designed. It's very user friendly and easy to browse. 

One suggestion is to make the length of your posts shorter. Maybe divide it in parts. Most readers aren't very patient and are easily spooked my long articles.

Also, you could improvise your writing by making your readers feel involved, so that they can relate to it and feel as if they are part of a one to one conversation you are having with them. I myself wrote some articles like the one on your home page a few months ago, and later realised that I had written more of a personal diary than a blog. Hope I helped!Cheers!
