but I say a too lenthy template and takes time too load,

• The ads take too long to load. And its placement does make the posts seem lost.
• Transparent sidebar makes the content in the sidebar get hidden in the background image.
• Black is a personal choice I suppose, and I dont mind that. The font being bright white, helps in reading somewhat.
• Not a twitter addict as yet, but I think to share so much of ur tweets on blog can be a put off.

• The feedburner widget on the top has spoilt the aesthetic nature. Consider removing it.
• The gadgets on your blog are taking too much time to load. Try removing unnecessary ones.
• To improve your earnings, consider putting the ads in a placeholder that remains fixed to the screen and doesn't scroll down with the rest of the page.
