Please find my first impressions for your blog below -

Good -

•  Your articles are insightful. They leave a reader with somthing to chew on even after he has left your site.. Loved going through them. Keep writing!

Things that can be improved on –

• Header- The text color is merging with the image. Try a contrasting color, may be brown, gray or blue.
• The about the blog text color needs to be changed, as it is not easily readable right now.
• If possible, use a single font type for all your posts. Helps maintain a neatness in the blog.
• The most recent post is not properly formatted, take care on that as poor paragraph breaks and no newlines can be irritating as a reader and he may waste no time in leaving you site for another.

Overall, it is a good site with some nice, insightful content!
