Where did my stats disappear

I have logged into my Google Analytics account this morning and saw that the hits yesterday and today have fallen down drastically. I could not undersatnd the reason for it. Next I logged into my Blogger stats and to my surprise saw that the pageviews recorded since 19th of this month were zero, which wasn't the case yesterday. Everything was fine yesterday. My blog has been shifted to a custom domain just before 18th. Is that a problem or are the other bloggers also facing the same problem?
