My posts vary in their lengths... depending on the topic I'm blogging about... that is. The posts 'appear' to be long... probably due to the template. So, its an 'illusion'...
I use this template... 'coz its very user friendly. May change in the future...

Homepage takes a lot of time in loading. Reduce the no. of posts that show on homepage. Shift to WOrdPress if you want to, the world's best blogging platform! Too many widgets in sidebar; they distract and slow down the loading of the blog.
Thanks for your suggestions. I'm not keen on Wordpress... Blogpost is simply too user friendly... for me to make a shift. Or even consider one. However, I have just kept 2 posts on the homepage... that should do.
Needless to say, you have a successfull blog in ur hand, as is evident from the visitor's u have, comments u get, and even the amount of review u got from indieblogger (me the jealous - since I belong to the category of bloggers who got zero response to blog review thread 
).
I too need to visit ur blog often to read ur articles :) and also take a cue on making my blog (http://subups.blogspot.com) more interesting.

Nice blog. I've gone through a few of your posts and I like the content. We've got similar interests so I'll keep coming back.
I like the myriad of quotes, pics and other stuff you have on your side bar. I see you have windows for pics and stuff that have to be scrolled. I have the same issue and would like pics to show up completely instead of having to scroll which kind of takes the fun out of it.
Anyhow, nice work. Keep blogging. And give my blog a once over when you can.

Interesting blog... I loved the way the info is all neatly lined up and the stuff you write about too... however, (and please take this with a pinch of salt) I thought that there were far too many widgets and activities happening on the left pane... may be there can a template that balances both sides???
