Hi Vrindavan, its actually a very nice blog. But you need to change a few things to make it better. Spcify how many posts to display in one page. Don;t have more than 10 posts in one page. Displaying all the posts in one pahge will take a lot of time to load.
Use the sidebar more effectively. Yo have a lot of posts and that is great. Try to add a tag cloud as well so you people will know what you write about most.
Compliment the videos with quick write ups and vice versa. only videos or only text does not make it look interesting.
