About your question - how I manage three blogs. I guess the passion to read and write makes it easier for me. I love reading books of different genres and end up reading a lot of kidlit too with my two little ones.

Thanks Nisha, I had a white background initially and now it has evolved to its state :D

You site looks great, I have a few suggestions are not necessary to impliment. The site design is very good. The grey is a bit dull.  Other than that, its all fine. The reason I say dull is because you talk about experience in life.

I liked the blog. The layout is very elegant and the content is good.

I have a suggestion. The Adsense is looking very ugly on the top bar. You should use some other ad service or if you are not making a lot of money from Ad Sense, remove it altogether.

Also, please rewrite the About Me section. It has some grammatical problems.
