You have a well organized blog with some good content...But a little bit of color in the theme wont hurt..!
Read the post on writing in Bengali and could somehow relate to it...I too regret not being able to write proper Bengali myself...

About the color....I loved the minimalistic way...but will try to play with color in near future...
