Need a review on my blog, as i dont have alexa ranking or google page rank as ye

Hi Guys,

Well i have been blogging for over 2 yrs now and have been working hard on getting it out in the marketplace. However i believe though i have done what most people would do to promote thier blog in every possible way. i dont think my technicals are upto speed, what i mean is the chances of my page coming up everytime somebody hits a keyword search...etc, etc. could you guys pls review and suggest how i could improve the same. Thanks in advance
