"Looking for feedback for blog design"

You are doing quite good and the blog looks very bright with the theme suiting the content. It would be better if you include an About Us and Contact page.

Ok within few day i will definatly add both the page (About Us and Contact Us )...

I agree with Abhi, you may consider a change in that black, it is scattering the attention the contents should get, otherwise good design. You may consider a change in the background color for the buttons/links on the top if the black is essential

I just suggest that you are showing three traffic stats which of no use of the user they only take your loading time.

also the like box is shown two times below the post and in mashable widget.

your one rack is null in footer why not you put all the links of blogging community their.

your header image is very beautiful giving very bright fill to the blog.
