Looking for a genuine feedback on my mommy blog

Hello Friends & Fellow Blogging Beginners,

I am a mommy blogger & if you have visited my Blog, you would know that my blog is fairly old. I would love to get genuine feedback & suggestions. whatever you see on the blog right now is all my design, si yeah its very rough & needs a lot of work. Am also planning to buy a domain. Would you suggest buying an independent host? Am technically handicapped, so a lot of terms are beyond me but am learning :)
