CORIANDER COCONUT CHUTNEY:-NEEDED:-CORRIANDER – 1 BUNCHGRATED COCONUT – 1 CUPGREEN CHILLIES – 4 NOSSALT – ½ TSPOIL – 1 TSPMUSTARD – 1 TSPASAFOETIDA POWDER – 1 PINCHMETHOD:-WASH AND CLEAN CORIANDER LEAVES. ADD COCONUT, GREEN CHILLIES AND SALT. GRIND WELL. HEAT OIL & ADD MUSTARD AND ASAFOETIDA POWDER. ADD THIS TO THE CHUTNEY. STIRR WELL AND SERVE IT WITH IDDLY/DOSAS.
